Investor Demand remains strong for foreclosed properties in Raleigh NC. However, not much of a deal to be gotten on it yet at the risky courthouse steps auctions. With the risk of not able to do inspections or look at interior prior to purchase there is not much of a deal there at this time. Purchase prices equal purchase prices for online REO auction properties, but with the majority of those, you at least can look at it prior to making your offer.
